Grant & Cooke have been involved with most of the land development projects in Gisborne over the last 40 years, the development of Port Gisborne and all the major forestry subdivisions carried out since the early 90’s.
Recent projects include Sponge Bay subdivision, Wainui Park subdivision, Beetham Retirement Village and Eastland Port / Gisborne District Council Land Exchange.
